RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer full refunds for change of mind or if the item does not fit or suit. We only offer store credit or exchange (for an item of equal or greater value) for full priced items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit unless you have contacted us beforehand and we have agreed on a later date due to unforeseen circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unworn unwashed condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached and have no odours or perfume smell. Due to sanitary reasons swimwear cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition as stated above.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with order number and proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense. Please enclose a prepaid envelope for exchanges. However, if you are local then you can email to arrange a time to come return your item and pickup your exchanged item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for an exchange or store credit.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. A code will be issued to you once we have received your returned item/s and confirmed that they fit our criteria as described above.
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery of your purchase. If more than 14 days has passed then unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit unless you have contacted us beforehand and we have agreed on a later date due to unforeseen circumstances.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, so please choose choose carefully and check size charts before purchasing. Only full priced items may be returned or exchanged. If you only require a change in size for the same item then please email email@example.com with your order number and request and we will try our best to accomodate you. But please note, as they are sales items the sizes will be very limited.
We try our best to ensure that you do not receive a faulty item. In the unlikely case you do please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the faulty item within 7 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60 you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
